2005 – 2015 Depo Racing +2″ Tacoma / 4Runner / FJ / Long Travel kit overlander

Depo Racing Long Travel Suspension! Engineered to get 12.1” of wheel travel while extending the track width by 2” per side, this new Long Travel Kit adds an additional 2 inches of ground clearance. Installing Long Travel kits takes some skill and we recommend you use an off-road truck shop or get help from someone that has experience.

.  Why are these half the cost of other options. These arms were designed and fitted in the USA. These are Welded in Taiwan using local Chinese Chromoly Steel. If you know commodities, even US firms use Chinese steel as does the world. These have a fully boxed in lower Arm and super strong. If you dont plan on doing the Baja 1000 but still want a nice Long Travel overlander suspension these will take whatever you throw at it, these are a great buy. Our Test Trucks have been up and down the Rubicon Trail and all over Northern California Sierra Mountain Range. Not one Design Malfunction has occurred. It Rides Like it came with a Factory Long Travel kit.

• 2pcs  +2″ extended each arm – 35mm diameter tubular 4130 Chromoly upper A-arms with a 1.25″ Teflon uniball for maximum travel & strength and zerk fittings for easy bushing lubrication.
• 2pcs  + 2″ extended each arm – 40mm Diameter tubular 4130 Chromoly lower A-Arms, We then Fully Box them to make them Gorilla Strong  – A Billet CNC uniball adapter connector and bumpstop contact point – this strong design provides the utmost in off-road function and durability. The Lower Control Arms  have been boxed and plated for added strength, durability and skid protection on the trail

• 2pcs Tie Rod Extenders for Tacoma included . FJ & 4 runner need slightly different extenders
• Includes eyelet spacers to allow use of Fox Shocks with Lower A-Arm (spacers not shown).

• Long Travel shocks and extended IFS axle shafts required to complete installation.  Front  Bump Stops recommended .
• Fox 880-06-953 or FOX-880-02-953 or King KRS-TC5119-03 ,TC5119-03A  are popular shock choices

Note: All the main components are included and fit properly. Different models (FJ/4runner) may require  longer tie-rod extensions. A Get-R-Done attitude coupled with the Proper Tools, Grinding, Welding and removing rusty pain in the ass bolts may be needed.  As noted above we recommend having  an off-road truck shop do this or at least have a friend and a case of beer.
